Best location for shopping but noises from outside n inside the room.
The staff were friendly and co - operated well with our requirements. The rooms were well kept. Definitely a value for money stay!
Hotel is not bad. Staff was attentive. Hotel's location is ideal for Indian fashion lovers. The big supermarket located upstairs was amazing. You can buy almost everything there.
I liked the location because of its proximity to most important areas in kl. And of course value for money given the circumstances!
I think they will be better advised to include international foods in their menu, not very one enjoys spicy meals

Have pleasant stay. I always stay at this hotel whenever i go to kl which is due to its location nearby shopping area. Public transport is nearby the hotel. Feel safe to stay at this hotel.
Its fantastic location especially when you stay on Saturday Night. There will be a market from 2pm-10pm just 1 block away from the hotel. Its located on one of the busiest area in KL. All staff including the manager,The reception, bell boy, housekeeper are fantastic.
It can be improved by giving more attention on the bathroom area. No floor mat given only by request.
The room size is comfortable and nice view, the staff are very helpful and friendly.All great stay!
The deluxe room was spacious and very comfortable. The staffs were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast buffet were delicious combinations of malay and indian cuisine. The hotel area is surrounded by markets and shops that are adequate for bargain shopping. Definitely will be back to stay.
Excellent and we have great time stay at this hotel thou it was a short stay but it meet my expectation.
Near to shopping area. Large and clean room. Bathroom also comfortable. But no sign to the basement car park and the car park is limited. The car park also closed at night, so i can't go out at night.
Great stay - coming back next month :)
Clean and spacious room, fast check out
Due to full occupancy (I guess), when i checked in at around 2pm, my room was still not ready. The staff advised me to wait at the restaurant instead while waiting for the room to b ready. My family didn't wanna waste any time so we went out for lunch and a kittle shopping for 1+hr before coming back. Room was at the corner as per my request - clean and spacious. Need another blanket which they charged RM$10 for my 3D2N stay. Overall, it was a pleasant hotel to be in :)
